Every year OGSA presents to the community free previews of each of the productions in the Arizona Opera Company season. They take place in both Tucson and Oro Valley, free of charge and open to all. We do appreciate donations, which are used for our awards to voice students. You will find the dates, times, and places below and in our online Tucson Opera Calendar and our annual printed Directory.

About our Opera Previews
The program was started many years ago by one of our founders, Elizabeth Chadwick, who passed away in 2015 at age 93. Each preview prepares the audience to enjoy the Arizona Opera production to the fullest extent, but the previews are all great shows in themselves. We feature expert narrators and talented singers from the Opera Program at UA and elsewhere. They are all happy to have the opportunity to perform before an appreciative audience. At these events we gratefully accept donations supporting our programs
The complex task of preparing and presenting these previews falls to a committee consisting of Betty Allen, Mary Casady, Liz Kinslinger, and Susan Stokes.
